The Valley is quite large, so being on scooters was a big help. Howver, there are a LOT of people on foot which can be tough to navigate. My only realy suggestion for improvement would be to CLEARLY let customers know that they have to actually enter the park through a security screening area, then buy tickets, and THEN meet up with the tour operator. This was not clear, and we ended up wasting 25 minutes at the start, thinking…”

Unfortunately, there were two major points to the tour that were inconvenient. We started the tour 20 minutes late due to late arrival of other tourists. He called and made arrangements to leave the entry tickets for us. He then let another guide who was giving a tour know that we could possibly join her tour.
